Your Mission

As a Marketing Manager in asknet, you will play a critical role in a long-standing and rapidly expanding academics and eCommerce business as asknet enters its next phase of growth and expansion. Due to the continuous investment in new product design and development we are now looking to recruit a highly motivated marketing and design focused person to support the business owners with a range of marketing, design, research and social media projects.

The ideal candidate will have a background and flair for marketing, communication, reporting,  website development and social media management.  Together with team of UX&UI designers, copywriters and communication specialist, you will be working on a range of high profile projects to enhance and develop a range of product visuals on the company web site, develop company brochures, arrange photo shoots, develop the company’s on-line presence, compile and develop a library of product images, sales materials, liaise with external design and software agencies and provide the business owners and sales team with new creative ideas to enhance the companies marketing resources.

In the eCommerce business unit, asknet eCommerce Solutions helps you sell SaaS, software, digital and physical products all around the world. Our full-service approach covers everything you need to make global sales easy, safe and enjoyable for both you and your customers.

Your Tasks
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of creator industry trends and adapt strategy based on them
  • Understand partnership mechanics and draft advantageous agreements with creators, Client Success Management team that provide favorable outcomes for aksnet and its Clients
  • Understand the return on investment with the ability to analyze expected returns through impressions, social coverage, and media coverage
  • Conceptualize, document, and pitch unique and creative activities to Client with influential creators
  • Manage partnership activities across a wide variety of formats, including social media, content creation, out-of-home advertising, press & media activities, paid advertising
  • Work with and lobby internal asknet teams that we need to leverage or collaborate with to execute our team’s work efficiently and effectively
  • Report against agreed-upon KPIs and track partnership health during and after project completion
  • Manage the creative team with an insights driven approach
  • Assist HR with onboarding when necessary
  • Implement, maintain, and improve team systems and operations, processes, and best practices (ie. Asana, Google Drive)
  • Ensure all security and legal requirements are followed in the execution of our team’s work
  • Perform customer research (i.e. interviews, research plan) to evaluate needs, gaps, and capabilities in order to improve their experience
  • Evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the product owner, business analysts, and Client Success Management team
  • Develop visualization frameworks to recommend the optimal method / format to materialize data and information to the end user
Your Profile
  • 8-10  years of marketing experience (ideally in SAAS) and proven abilities in being able to build, develop, and manage a diverse marketing team and portfolio (spanning acquisition and customer marketing)
  • 5-8 years of experience building and leading diverse, geographically dispersed teams who have had demonstrable impact
  • Demonstrable experience having influenced and collaborated with multiple functions, and time zones
  • 5-8 years of experience building marketing strategy for a region or country, particularly in a B2B marketing role
  • Deep knowledge of full funnel and account based marketing
  • Experience leveraging data to tell a compelling user experience story, track conversion rates across the funnel by campaign and by tactic
  • Continual improvement mindset for you think about, and execute, demand generation activity
  • Loves working in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Analytical mind with proven ability to dissect problems, devise solutions, and drive business outcomes
  • Strong storytelling skills with experience presenting to large technical and non-technical audiences
